She shipping & return policy of Kin-Care Medical is especially important to understand and agree. Please read this policy carefully.

Kin-Care Medical will attempt to ship your item/items the same day if you order by 2:00PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday – Friday. Otherwise, all orders will ship the next business day.

  • All orders will ship out the same day unless it is being shipped directly from the manufacturer. If shipped direct from the manufacturer, it will typically ship out next business day.
  • Orders typically take 3- 15 business days to arrive, which depends on types of products. Pride Products take maximum time which is usually from 12-15 business days.
  • Kin-Care Medical is not held accountable for any delays which the shipper may have.

We only ship to 48 contiguous states (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. Territories, APO/FPO). Our standard shipping rates are only available to these areas.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Currently, we are not catering international orders.

ALASKA AND HAWAII SHIPPING
Unfortunately, due to carrier restrictions, we are no longer able to ship to Alaska or Hawaii. P.O. BOXES
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

MILITARY APO, FPO AND DPO

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Free or discounted shipping promotions, or discounted pricing promotions, may not apply to incontinence/diaper supplies, liquids, wheelchairs, and some of our other over-sized items. We apologize, but to maintain our low regular prices, we are no longer able to always include these medical supply categories in shipping promotions.

WHITE GLOVE SHIPPING

Some items are eligible for white glove delivery (especially Pride products – please carefully read *Pride Product Policy for these products). What this means is that a technician will deliver the product, bring it inside your home and set it up. If you choose white glove delivery, please keep in mind that once the item has shipped it cannot be canceled.

Refund/Return Policy:

It is especially important that you should call customer support before making any returns. Original invoice must accompany returns.

We accept returns for refund (if applicable) and not for exchange within thirty (30) calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”. Definition of new, unaltered, and unused condition is without showing signs of wear or damage in any way Product(s) must be in new, fit to be offered-for-sale condition. Safety seals cannot be opened or broken.

  • All parts and accessories must be included and in original packaging.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • If your order(s) shipped for free and you are returning it, we will deduct the original outbound shipping costs from your refund.
  • If your return is the result of a defective product or shipping error, Kin-Care Medical will refund the entire purchase amount and return shipping costs.
  • Returns are accepted within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date after (thirty (30) days no returns are allowed)
  • Must not be a special order or a custom order or hygienic product.
  • Unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 30 days noted in that item’s particular item description.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us qualify for refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

Due to health, hygienic, and safety regulations, all products that relate to personal hygiene and self-care can only be returned within 48 hours from the time of purchase. All personal hygiene products must be in the unused condition, packaging, have tags attached and be accompanied with the original sales receipt, in order to be exchangeable or returnable. No personal hygiene product can be returned or exchanged if the package has been opened or tags removed per public health policy. Personal hygiene items include but are not limited to: Commodes, toilet seats, shower chairs and benches, body braces, seat cushions, or any other product that comes in contact with the patient’s body.

There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items (excluding Pride Products that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again, you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to

return ANY item sent from our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us, will NOT be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

COVID – 19 Personal Protective Products (PPE) are not REFUNDABLE / EXCHANGEABLE- Sales are final.

Pride Products

Any order canceled after it has shipped will result in the customer being responsible for the both ways actual shipping charges (current shipping is discounted) and 30 %restocking fee.

PRIDE PRODUCTS SHIPPING POLICY
This Shipment policy has been established for Pride Products i.e. Lift Chairs, Power Scooters etc. (Please read carefully)

This policy is for residential customers only product shipments to commercial locations do not fall under this Shipment Policy and therefore do not qualify for shipment fees. Pride defines a commercial location as any business which is zoned industrial or commercial as defined by their local zoning regulations. Inclusive in this definition are medical establishments such as assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals and rehab facilities.

Customers may utilize Pride’s Field Service Technician (FST) Network for White Gloves Shipping, unless prohibited by law and/or payer policy.

Pride’s FST delivery service is optional and subject to additional charges. Charges may be waived when the provider assumes responsibility for the set-up service.

Additional Shipment Information

  • Set-up service in only available on new units
  • Set-up service DOES NOT include programming and/or adjustments
  • This policy is for the 48 continental states only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
  • Prices vary upon specification (i.e. delivery requirements and location)
  • Not all locations can be accommodated

Field Service Technicians (FSTs)

The sole function of an FST is to provide service. The FST will perform the following services: unbox, remove carton, assemble, power-up, check for proper operation of the unit, explain basic usage and provide the owner’s manual and warranty information.

Option 1: Standard Shipping – Includes curbside delivery via commercial LTL carrier (large truck)

Curbside delivery means the trucking service will park in front of your home and you are responsible for moving the product into your home. The driver does not assist with bringing
product to the residence, for Inside Delivery service see option 2.

  • If product is damaged in shipment, please contact the carrier immediately.
  • If product has a warranty repair please refer to Pride’s warranty policy.
